2D Art

This page showcases some of my 2D skills, both in the traditional and digital sense.

Digital Paintings
These images where done in Photoshop.  In most cases, I would draw the initial line art on paper, scan that image onto my PC, then open Photoshop and outline everything back out.  This workflow eventually became my standard, as I had more immediate control on paper to get the thoughts out, while Photoshop allowed for more control over the color and shading process.

In most cases, these drawings were done rapidly through numerous Life Drawing sessions, where each pose lasted no more than 5 minutes.  The goal here was rapid drawing, where focus was drawn to either a specified part of the human anatomy, or the entire figure as a whole.
